1. Operator, definitions and acceptance

The website mahd.ae is operated by MAHD L.L.C-FZ. In these Terms & conditions (the “Terms”), “MAHD”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean MAHD L.L.C-FZ; “you” and “your” mean the person using our website or purchasing from us. The “Services” comprise our online store, its content and shopping features.

These Terms govern your use of the Services and purchases from us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to the Terms presented for that purchase. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. Use of the website is subject to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Shopify provides the platform that supports our store. Your contract to purchase MAHD products is with MAHD L.L.C-FZ.

These terms apply to purchases through mahd.ae. Please read them alongside our Delivery & returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

This website is operated by MAHD L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company licensed by Meydan Free Zone under business licence 2422134.01.

2. Eligibility, accounts and permitted use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract and be authorised to use the payment method you provide. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, upload malicious software, harass others, infringe intellectual property, collect other customers’ information without authority or bypass security controls. You are responsible for actions you authorise; this does not make you automatically liable for activity caused by our failure to meet a legal obligation.

3. Products and availability

Product details, sizes, prices and availability are shown on the relevant product page. Age ranges are a guide rather than garment measurements. Please contact us before ordering if you need help choosing a size.

Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Product images are illustrative; they do not reduce your right to receive goods that match their description. Sold-out items cannot be ordered.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and checkout payments are in UAE dirhams (AED). Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are disclosed before you complete your purchase. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

We will not add an undisclosed charge or change the agreed price after an order is accepted without your agreement. If a pricing or availability error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the options. Any amount paid for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

5. Ordering, acceptance and cancellation

Submitting an order is a request to buy the selected goods. A purchase contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order. An automated receipt that only acknowledges submission is not itself acceptance unless it expressly confirms it. Any mandatory rules on contract formation take priority.

We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, delivery is outside our service area or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or an unlawful transaction. We will notify you and refund any payment due for goods we do not supply. Cancellation of an accepted order remains subject to your contractual and statutory rights.

Review your size, colour, quantity and delivery details before submitting your order. Keep your order confirmation for reference. If you need a change or cancellation, email us promptly with your order number; what we can arrange depends on the order’s status and your applicable legal rights.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and arrange any refund due. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

6. Delivery

Our store currently serves the UAE. Please review the options, charges and any estimated delivery timing provided before ordering. Contact us if you need confirmation for your address. International delivery is not currently available.

Delivery estimates can be affected by circumstances such as carrier delays or public holidays. This does not remove our responsibility to fulfil the contract or your statutory remedies. Further details appear in our Delivery & returns policy.

7. Voluntary exchanges

You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery for a different size, colour preference or change of mind. The first exchange per order is free. Further exchanges are subject to applicable charges under our delivery partner’s policy, confirmed before the exchange is arranged.

Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags attached and original packaging included. Please email your order number, preferred exchange and clear photographs of the actual items, tags and packaging to hello@mahd.ae. Wait for our instructions before sending items back. Exchanges depend on stock availability and inspection of the returned items.

We offer exchanges rather than cash refunds for these voluntary requests. Items worn, washed, damaged through use or with tags removed are not eligible for voluntary exchange. These conditions do not limit remedies for an underlying defect or any other mandatory legal right.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If goods arrive damaged, are faulty or differ from your order, contact us as soon as you discover the issue. Include your order number, details and photographs if available. We will provide the repair, replacement or refund to which you are entitled under applicable UAE law.

No return, collection or restocking fee applies to a valid statutory claim. The voluntary exchange deadline and condition requirements do not override your statutory rights.

9. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Please review it before submitting information. Transactional messages about orders and customer-service requests are separate from optional promotional messages.

Contact us at hello@mahd.ae with questions about the personal information you provide when shopping or contacting us. These terms do not constitute consent to optional marketing; email subscriptions are a separate choice.

10. Website content

MAHD branding and website content are owned by, or used with permission by, their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping. Commercial reproduction of protected content requires permission, except where the law permits otherwise.

11. Your legal rights and complaints

These terms are subject to applicable UAE law. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.

Please contact hello@mahd.ae to discuss a concern. You remain free to contact the relevant consumer protection authority or seek a remedy through a competent court.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that order, subject to mandatory law and any changes you expressly agree to. The date above identifies this version.

13. Website availability and third-party services

We take reasonable care in operating our website, but maintenance and technical faults may occasionally interrupt access. We will take reasonable steps to address issues within our control. Temporary unavailability does not cancel existing orders, refund obligations or other accrued rights.

External websites or optional third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Review those before using them. A link does not by itself constitute endorsement. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us, including where we engage providers to fulfil your order.

14. Reviews, feedback and submitted material

Please submit only material you are entitled to share and ensure that reviews reflect your experience. Do not include unlawful, misleading or third-party confidential information. Where a public review feature is available, you permit us to display your submitted review for that purpose and make formatting changes that do not alter its meaning.

Sending photographs to support an exchange or complaint does not authorise their use in advertising. We will obtain separate permission before using private customer images or correspondence for promotional purposes.

15. Corrections and promotions

We may correct errors in website content and change prices for future purchases. If an error affects an existing order, we will explain it and seek your agreement to any proposed change; your applicable rights remain intact.

Any promotion will state its eligibility, duration and relevant conditions when offered. Those specific conditions apply to that promotion, subject to mandatory law, and cannot retrospectively reduce rights attached to an accepted order.

16. Responsibility and liability

Each party remains responsible for loss or damage for which it is legally liable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, personal injury, defective products or any other matter to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

No statement about website availability, colour display, delivery estimates or third-party services removes our obligation to provide goods as described or your right to a lawful remedy. These Terms do not require you to indemnify us for our own acts or omissions.

17. Suspension and termination

We may restrict website or account access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, a security threat or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Ending access does not remove payment obligations lawfully incurred, rights relating to orders already placed, refund duties or provisions which by their nature continue after termination.

18. Severability, waiver and the agreement

If a competent authority finds a provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as legally possible. A delay in exercising a right does not, by itself, mean that either party has given up that right.

For a purchase, these Terms, the product description, agreed order details and the Delivery & returns policy presented at checkout describe our agreement. This does not exclude information or promises that the law treats as binding, nor does it limit remedies for misrepresentation. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over inconsistent wording.

19. Transfer of rights

Any transfer of our contractual obligations must comply with applicable law and must not reduce your consumer rights. We will provide notice where required. You may exercise all rights of transfer or assignment that applicable law permits.
